Hours of Operation
The UVA Arts Box Office is open for in-person and phone sales TUESDAY – FRIDAY, 12:00PM – 5:00 PM.
We are CLOSED during UVA’s academic term breaks and on holidays listed in the Academic Division Holiday Calendar.

Location
The UVA Arts Box Office is located on the John and Betsy Casteen Arts Grounds, inside the lobby of the UVA Drama Building at 109 Culbreth Road. For directions, please visit UVA Visitors Map or view directions via Google Maps.

Parking
During business hours, free 15-minute parking is available to our patrons along Culbreth Road in the cutout in front of the Drama Building. The Culbreth Road Garage is also located just steps from the Drama Building and the Arts Box Office and offers hourly paid parking during weekly business hours. The Garage is open to the public for free parking after 5:00 PM on weekdays and all day Saturday and Sunday, unless otherwise stated.
Request Box Office Services
To request ticketing services for your event, please email the Box Office Manager. Please note that the Arts Box Office can only contract with and support the tickets sales for events hosted by UVA and UVA-affiliated programs and departments. Please include the following details in your email:
- UVA Program or Department Name
- Contact Name & Phone Number

- Event Date/Time
- Tickets: General Admission vs Reserved
